To the attention of the clients of ENSO, from August 26, 2022, the mandatory payment under installment contracts in the residential real estate of the developer has been restored.
The current calculated exchange rate for making payments for real estate objects from the ENSO developer purchased until February 24, 2022 on the terms of rescheduling is UAH 30/$*.
We are waiting for the fulfillment of contractual obligations according current contracts.
