August 1, 2017 – the date of birth of a new name among construction developer companies. The idea of creating ENSO emerged as a result of long discussions of a group of like-minded people.
It was driven by the desire to produce fundamentally distinct projects in the real estate market of Ukraine based on catering to the needs of the client as well as care for the appearance of the capital-city.
The company focuses on the unique architecture of its projects, use of energy-efficient and environmentally friendly technologies, and the desire to fill the city’s space with senses rather than just with square meters.
