Residential complex DIADANS is under BREEAM standards certification process. This is the British method of assessing energy efficiency of buildings on the principle of green certification. DIADANS is one of the first residential complexes in Kyiv, which has international certification. Prior to that, only commercial real estate buildings were certified, for the housing stock it is an innovative way.

BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is a method of voluntary assessment of building energy efficiency on the principle of green certification. The method was developed in 1990 by British organization BRE Global in order to assess the environmental performance of buildings.`
